Leave it to Joe Biden to visit Wisconsin and tell a Green Bay Packers story that is either completely fabricated, or just partially wrong and he just can't remember which version of the story is correct. 

During a speech Wednesday at a Microsoft data center in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, Biden pulled out an old Packers story that he likes to tell when he's in Wisconsin so the locals will think he's a loveable character.
